So what newsgroup should he be posting to? VCL? Windows API?
Maybe you could be kind enough to give him a hint, Thomas. :)
Maybe, yes.

I usually don't because I think people *should* go and read the
newsgroup descriptions. That's just my opinion and I accept differing
ones.

I don't see the top level posting that sparked this, but I would like to
offer an opinion.

I frequently find it difficult to translate the newsgroup names to what
I'm doing. I don't necessarily know the "CodeGear approved" technical
name that fits the function I'm trying to perform. Combine that with the
closed parent nodes, and it can be challenging for in infrequent poster to
know where to go.
